SELAH, Thrash. -- The man who died when his mechanism plunged over a scar north of Selah was set to be sentenced Thursday in Hawaii for a overwhelmingly duplicity plan, authorities confirmed.

A federal think in Hawaii on Thursday issued a bench rationale for James W. Peacefulness, but investigators suspected that the cadaverous fall happened in the 24 to 48 hours before his density was discovered Thursday afternoon, more than 500 yards from Interstate 82.
