I am Mortgage Stockjobber since 2002 and I got lender license today.
I got Virginia Lender empower and I try to get Wholesale line from bank and all of bank closed wholesale department.
Anybody know I can get wholesale succession any bank?

I have a backer who is a builder and would like to use me for his mortgage broker. I have no problem finding banks who will do financing for proprietress occupied builder programs, but nothing for spec homes. A lot of the banks extend spec programs

Answer: I don't characterize as you know what is spec home is. A spec home is valid a home that is build in speculation of a buyer and was not a custom built refuge. 98% of all homes built are spec homes.
