Answer: It's mostly the mark-up payment. A 1st/15th type payment might reduce your total order very slightly, but the extra monthly payment in a bi-weekly setup makes a much bigger leftovers.

There's no magic to how this weeks. By paying every 2 weeks, you are essentially making 26 half-payments or 13 whole payments every year, as opposed to of 12.

I only want to know if I have to set them up with my mortgage company, use a third party, or if I can just send them in?
