How can I take my name off the RV that I bought with my ex. We agreed that he will keep the RV, but there is no value in the RV to refinance and get my name off.
Answer: He has to make application for another loan in his name only.If there is no value then he may have to put up collateral for the loan.

Answer: What you have to do is find a purchaser that will pay you what you owe so that you can pay off this RV loan. Either that, or get a second job to raise your income to lower your accountability to income ratio.
