I got elaborate in real estate investemtns extensively, but the market has now made it impracticable to refi out of some of the loans. I am wondering if the new bill changed the lending structures as far as LTV goes.

Answer: FHA Guarantee is really one of the only loans that will allow a refinance over the value of the peaceful. But FHA Secure can only be used on a primary residence, so it probably won't trade for your investment properties.

I have a 276K commerical loan that I have been irritating to refi for the last few months with no success.. My lender who holds the note has done nothing and some other banks have said no as well.. Anyone have any goal's? I have been told several times

I've been approved for a 87% LTV refi. Can I add my closing costs to the tot up loan? Does the amount of the closing costs have to be within that 87%? Or can I get a loan for 87% LTV, with the addition of the amount of closing costs?
