Novastar Mortgage?

Has anyone old Novastar Mortgage? What type of service did you receive? Would you recommend them to anyone? I've heard they are taciturn to shutting down. Does anyone no if this is true?

Answer: They have had some get the show on the road out from the sub prime mortgages they have offered in the recent past. Impede businessweek.com for more stories.

Answer: NovaStar has been through the ringer the last 3 years and they have continued to bested their top brass. I had a Regional Sales Manager that worked for me in Colorado that I took from NovaStar, and at to the fullest extent, the people who came with him

How Long Can A Bank Consider A Bid On A Home?

We placed a bid on a bank-owned acreage ten days ago. We have not, as of yet, received a decision. We suspect the bank, Novastar Mortgage, is holding out for a higher bid. How judiciary or illegal is this practice?

Answer: This is licit.

They are taking 90 days in CA right now.

Have your real domain broker (not the agent) apply some heat, he may get it pushed faster.
