Is National City Mortgage The Same A National City Bank?

Im disquieting to find a National City in Oregon. i found one in lake oswego. but one site says its a National New Zealand urban area Bank and one says its a National City Mortgage. Can i still go in and send money to someone in Pennsylvania? i lawful

Answer: Where are you applying for a mortgage? Why would this have an use one way or the other? If you are applying for the loan in the U.S.-(where I am) then it likely won't matter at all. Most lenders case the US do not report to American credit companies.

My boyfriend and I have two unconventional banks. How do we decide where to go to get pre-approved for a mortgage?

My bank is pretty much local, with only about 10 branches add up.
My bf's bank is national.
