Are These IRRRL Mortgage Notices Just A Bunch Of Scams?

I have a VA advance on my house and lately I've been getting a lot of notices in the mail about lowering my mortgage with an IRRRL. I did some check in, and the IRRRL is a real program offered by the VA, but these notices seem like scams. Not to report,

Answer: It seems like in familiar IRRRL is real but tha doesn;t mean the notice you're getting is legit.

If you would like to get exceedingly ticked off, infer from on .  I received a call two days ago from a up-end mortgage patient of mine. They closed about a year ago. Mr. Jones (as we will call him) called me to ask me this distrust:
