What I am absolutely asking is, does the forecast for interest rates predict a continued relinquish in mortgage rates for the next 30 days? Trying to decide when to imprison in. Thanks

The rate now is tone down than when I took out the mortgage (5.5% Massachusetts). The house is usefulness less though than when we bought it.

It should be around 5% or perchance drop to 4.7% by end of Q3 this year on 30 year definite rate home loan.
