Im not accurate who is a mortgage broker, but what are the rules of a Operation Manager? if a loan officer messes up a chronologize and the operation manager does not catch it, who gets in trouble? the lend officer or the operations manager? also what

Answer: The underwriter. Their job is to protect that all requirements are met.

Mortgage brokers have nothing to do with the approval process, they match up looked-for borrowers and lenders, that's all.
