I am fatiguing to find out if real estate professionals offering to help homeowners with mortgage loan modifications have to be licensed or otherwise regulated by command requirements?

Do they really provide the same services provided

Answer: They are all scams anyway. Anyone powerful you otherwise is trying to con you themselves.

You can do this yourself, just ask your bank for the modification package.
