Can You Get A Certificate In Mortgage Loan Processing?

I separate you can get training to do income taxes but, what about training to processes loans. Most jobs I see in that division only ask for a high school diploma and experience.

If I start looking for a mortgage , how big does the whole process take.

Can There Be A Mortgage Loan Without Origination And Processing Fees?

I am a first at the same time buyer and I received some quotes. One of the quotes I received did not have origination fees or processing fees. The bring up also did not have any points. Is this real or am I going to find out at a later time about origination

Answer: It is admissible to have a loan without origination fees. Ask for a Good Faith Estimate from each lender and weigh that. It should be fairly close to what the actual amount comes out to be.
