Does Anybody Know Who Will Finance Me A For A Mortgage Loan After Bankruptcy?

Most people keep too revealing me I have to wait 2 years before I can get approved for a mortgage loan. Does anyone know a lender that will do it before the 2 years is up?

A playmate of mine wants to mortgage a second home under 5k.
She dosent want to get in over her guv in payments and the house is worth 70k.
Would a company make a loan at such a piddling amount?

Answer: Most fixture lenders won't touch under 50k, but some will at a higher interest rate. There is benificial, but I in the end hate those guys.
