Answer: Springfield is a unbroken dump. Crime rate is high, and it is mostly tenement houses.

Verizon is shutting down the house I work in and offering us a package worth less than a years pay or the option to commute an hour east (in massachusetts). I have been with the actors 9 years and have a bachelors degree in communication disorders.

Answer: Depends on your remuneration. If the money cannot be made anywhere closer to home then travel. If you can make a income that is less but would still be better than the commuting and expense of commuting--leave verizon.
