hello people,
i necessary help, i've been asked to do a presentation for a job interview where i've got to list the key factors of a mortgage consultant and specify why a client would choose our company over our competitors...

What Is The Difference Between A Loan Officer And A Mortgage Consultant/originator?

Is there a difference? Or just it just 2 terms that describe the same postion ( non-specifically)

Allowance Officer, Home Loan Consultant, Mortgage Consultant, Mortgage Originator...all the same.

It is the EXACT same state.
