Our mortgage was hardly sold to Citimortgage and they are awful. I have tried to work with them but have gotten be informed where. I would like to file a complaint but am not sure who to file it woth.

Answer: Wretched about your situation. Mortgages get sold, that's for sure, and sometimes the new people are jerks. However, bad advantage isn't against the law, just irritating as #$%^%.

My mortgage is stationary now. The Bank of England has slashed interest rate to a record low. I privation to know whether the current provider's lending rate is in rank with the Bank of England base rate. If this is the case, is there a way I could procure

Answer: Stubborn means that is what you pay regardless of how high or low the rate changes. To switch it you would need to re-finance. A variable rate is bad since if interest goes very merry, you will be paying the higher rate.

My middleman took my pay stubs, bank statemetns, etc, then told me he was locking me in at a definite rate and ordering an appraisal. Then after a couple weeks, wouldn't call me back. Then by the on one occasion I go to someone else, the rates are up

Answer: Rates aren't up .75% in the last yoke of weeks or the last month or more for that matter. Chances are the 1st broker was solely lying to you or maybe doesn't know what he is doing and yes you can carp at, but I think it could be for nothing.
