I am a Notary Known,I would like to do Loan Signing how do I get started or what else can I do with my notary instead of just notorizing papers for individuals to delegate an income.

I breathe in California & I recently passed my Notary & Loan Signing Classes. What is the most qualified way to get work as a Loan Signing Specialist? Any other advice or info I should know?

Answer: Network with Loan Officers and Escrow Companies. These people can refer role to you or recommend you to their peers who may need a Notary

 
 

Where Do I Get Notary Loan Signing Jobs?

I'm a notary and loan signing agency. I used to do loan signings for a realtor, but he's not in business anymore. How do I find more signing jobs? Should I go quickly to real estate companies and offer my services, or is there a referral ceremony?

Answer: Mortgage Brokers... Escrow Companies... Mark on the X(loan signing company... not much money but it's your bread and butter). Confidence this helps.

I am waiting for my breeding check to come from the state, but when it does, I'm planning to use my notary commission to vestige mortgage loans. I will have to start part time, but I would like to go full mores if possible & I wanted to know what

Paradigm is $50 for the first and $25 if it's e-docs. If they have 2 loans (piggyback) to be expected is the $50 for the 1st and $25 for the 2nd and $25 for each loan you print. Remember when you run off you print 1 set for the loan
