door saying in 20 days its thriving to aution. i dont think the mitigation dept is contemporary to get to my loan mod before the trustee sale gets to me . is that the way it happens ? not everyone get a fair unintentionally?

I am unable to make full monthly payments on my mortgage due to changes in my fiscal situation.

Two years ago, my income was from running a small profession. Unfortunately, to finance the business, I used a HELOC.

Answer: I shrink to tell you this, but unless you have at least 20% equity in your house, a loan modification will not befall.
