My loan was neutral SOld by Fremont to Littpon and I have not heard good things.
Answer: Well, I am an attorney and have helped a patron modify a loan with them, and it was no easy feat, and I've heard of others having be like experiences for loans that are in arrears. I don't know if that's the case for people that aren't in arrears though.
