Are mortgage rates for the most part higher on investment properties. I want to make sure that i'm gettin the liberty information. Right now if i go onto bankrate the interest rate is 6.27 on a determined 30 year. My mortgage broker says that on investment

I've been hearing a lot about the "benefits" of interest only mortgages, but I'm not 100% convinced that this is the way to go. They say that people should get interest only loans and put the residue of what you would normally pay (on the mortgage)
