Help, Loan Was Sold To Green Tree And We Are Having Problems With Them!?

Hello -
Our mortgage was recently sold from Public City Mortgage to Green Tree. Most of the National City mortgages went to PNC, but a sprinkling were sent to Green Tree, as in our case. A quick note, we have had this mortgage since 11/2007

This is a motorized home and got it new in 96 and want to pay off the balance of $10,000.00. Mortgage is with Green Tree and in North Carolina
