Memphis-based First Horizon State Corp. ( FHN : 11.70 -3.31% ), the bank holding companions for First Tennesse Bank, said Wednesday morning that it bank had sold mortgage servicing rights on $14 billion of first-lien mortgage loans owned or securitized by Fannie Mae ( FNM : 0.35 -5.48% ) or Freddie Mac ( FRE : 0.4186 -4.21% ).
