Does anyone conscious of a company that sells truely exclusive mortgage leads for a decent price? I have fini quite a bit of money buying leads from companies that have really just now let me down or have returned nothing at all. Thank You!

I am looking for property mortgage leads that have a good contact ratio and closing ratio. I be versed exclusive leads are BS as well as 80% of the companies out there. Lending Tree is just too overpriced. Right now I am using Lower My Bills and ProspectZone

Answer: I come into all of my leads from LendingTree.com, LowerMyBills.com, Adteractive.com, and my referrals. The Lending Tree leads can be probity, but as you mentioned pricey. I would say that the Adteractive leads can be some of the more solid leads I get.
