On Monday HUD announced its new, lasting peak loan limits for FHA Mortgages and FHA Refinance Loans that will become operational on Janurary 1st, 2009. These new highest loan limits have been set as part of The Accommodation and Remunerative Deliverance Act of 2008 and will be undying limits.
