Im difficult to find a National City in Oregon. i found one in lake oswego. but one neighbourhood says its a National City Bank and one says its a Subject City Mortgage. Can i still go in and send money to someone in Pennsylvania? i just wanna send someone

Two people were indicted in federal court today for allegedly orchestrating a $2.5 million mortgage scam. The FBI investigated the envelope.

Fawaz Mahmoud Wazwaz, 33, and Genevieve Marie McCullough, 32, of Inver Grove Heights, were charged with a eight counts of mortgage deceit. According to the U.S. Attorney's Part , the wed defrauded lenders of $2.5 million from 2004 to 2006 by recruiting straw buyers to edge homes at bombastic values.

Here's how they did it:

Wazwaz, a lend constable at Commonsense Mortgage, Inc., in Shoreview, found the borrowers and processed allowance applications for them. He got appraisers to enlarge the value of the homes, and provided down payments to the straw buyers.
