Chase No Longer Offers Biweekly Mortgage Payments, Who Can I Set Up The Payments With? They Said A 3rd Party..?

I'd like to set up biweekly payments for my mortgage, but Run after (mortgage holder) no longer offers the program. Now they did say I could set it up with a 3rd party, but didn't say who that would be. Who offers these programs?
