Should I Pay Of The Apartment Complex Loan?

We have 3 rental properties and 13-element apartment complex in southern California. They all produce income. We are comtemplating if we should pay-off the apartment mortgage or other single rental property loans.

Answer: Why pay interest if you don't have to?

Paying off your mtg. exactly improves your net worth. Plus you get out of the monthly payment. The only way I'd stop mortgaged. Is if you have your eye on another buidling and need cash to buy another.
